The best way to build a relationship is by meeting face to face.  Once the relationship is strong, the other modes of communication will flow naturally.  However, you really can’t beat the traditional style of talking in the same room!

Each GTRA member has their own business address, located in the heart of the core source markets they work in.  It’s no good having an office base a long way from the action, as this will waste both time and money for all concerned.

As independent representation companies, we are able to use the strengths of our varied client portfolio to the full.  It’s key to partner with some strongly desired products that are very much ‘in demand’, as this will open doors and opportunities for other clients.  Of course, each client offers something different and this can help another gain extra exposure that they would struggle to get if they tried to go it alone.

We must remember that it’s important to keep what we already have and that means supporting / maintaining relationships with those we have worked with for some time.  It’s not simply about getting new clients…..as keeping your loyal base business is vital too.
