GTRA offices are located in strategic cities around the world, to include London, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Moscow, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and New York. As a minimum standard, all GTRA members agree to undertake the following core services for their clients:

Help with the planning and implementation of suitable sales & marketing strategies.

Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed deadlines.

Introduce new partners to clients, while maintaining and expanding the current client base.

Provide regular ‘face to face’ sales calls and communication with relevant travel related companies.

Take care of contract negotiation and renewal with both existing & new partners.

Propose and implement suitable promotional / tactical campaigns.

Provide support to the reservation, product and contracting personnel with product awareness training, incentives & sponsored social activities.

Assist with educational & familiarisation trips.

Assist and escort client visits and provide representation at relevant trade shows & travel industry events.

Attend relevant trade and consumer shows, with our clients or on their behalf.

Content consultation and assisting with proof reading of websites.

Planning and assisting with delivery of printed marketing material.

Use social media channels to reach trade partners & consumers.

Work with in-house or outside PR companies to communicate to the wider trade and consumer audience.

Provide regular reports to include leads, market trends, competitor activity & product feedback.

Analyse and advise on relevant data provided by client.

Provide a cost-effective sales option.

Ensure spending is kept to the minimum.
